Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the Vladers website and mobile application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Vladers is a football collectible card game. Players can collect virtual player cards, build a four-player squad, complete quests, progress in the game, and play short tactical football mini-games.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Vladers is intended for people aged 15 and over. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
If a paid feature is offered in the future, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase it or have the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.
3. Virtual cards and progression
Cards, packs, rewards, levels, XP, squads, and other in-game items are virtual game content. They have no cash value, are not property outside the Service, and may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or used for gambling or any commercial purpose.
Game content may be adjusted to maintain fairness, security, balance, or technical operation. This includes card attributes, rewards, pack contents, quests, and game mechanics.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms other players;
- attempt to access another person's account or interfere with the Service;
- use bots, automation, cheats, exploits, or modified versions of the application;
- reverse engineer, copy, or commercially exploit the Service except where the law permits it; or
- upload or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
5. Availability and changes
Vladers is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or development. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been breached, the Service is being misused, or this is necessary to protect users or the Service. You can delete your account at any time from the application settings or by following the instructions on the Delete My Account page.
7. Intellectual property
The Vladers name, logos, interface, artwork, cards, text, and game elements are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of its content.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Vladers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service develops or when required by law. Material changes will be communicated through the website or application. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
